Job summary

Hematology & Oncology Associates of Fredericksburg is seeking a Physician Liaison to build and maintain relationships with physicians and hospitals in the Fredericksburg area. The role visits offices, plans educational events, and coordinates referrals, marketing materials, and sponsorships to expand the company’s footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in oncology industry and/or medical outside sales.
• Deep understanding of physician practice operations and CRM usage.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies in a virtual, tech-enabled environment.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to build executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians and strategic partners; visit offices and hospitals regularly to increase referrals.
• Adapt marketing plans to regional changes and new physicians joining the company.
• Plan, schedule, and attend educational events for Company physicians and referral sources.
• Develop regional collateral with Marketing; coordinate sponsorship opportunities and local events.
• Provide territory analysis to leadership; enable onboarding and training of new Physician Liaisons.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety, and all regulations; manage advertising and sponsorship campaigns.
