Job summary

Qualifications

• 24 months in an appropriate setting required.
• Superior performance in sterile product compounding.
• Ability to work competently across all positions in the inpatient pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately and timely.
• Perform all aspects of sterile compounding for direct infusion.
• Maintain sterility and performance standards in IV room equipment.

Skills

Typing / computer keyboarding

Understanding of pharmacy calculations and metric system

Knowledgeable in the Epic system

Education

High school graduate

Registered with the state

Nationally Certified (PTCB or NHA) or active Intern license
