Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required.
- Registered Pharmacist (RPh) required.
- Minimum 3 years oncology pharmacy experience or Oncology Residency completed.
- PharmD degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and medication use processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision for pharmacy service areas.
- Integrate pharmacy with multidisciplinary cancer care teams.
- Develop and manage budgets and resource planning for department.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.
- Recruit, hire, and develop department staff; conduct performance evaluations.
- Represent pharmacy in hospital management meetings and policy development.
