Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking an oncology pharmacist to provide clinical support in a complex retail pharmacy, rotating through multiple ambulatory infusion centers. You will collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective therapy and participate in education for students, residents and staff.

The role emphasizes pharmacotherapy, formulary work and patient education within a dynamic, patient-centered environment across Fairview Ambulatory Infusion Centers.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in Minnesota or eligible for licensure.
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency preferred.
• Doctorate of Pharmacy required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, formulary and pharmacotherapy expertise to the care team.
• Educate students, residents, staff and interdisciplinary members.
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services and review therapies daily.
• Prepare and dispense medications and sterile products per policy.
• Support medication safety, formulary initiatives and regulatory compliance.
