US Oncology Network-wide Career Opportunities seeks an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of pharmacy and admixture services across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to clinical protocols.

You will lead recruitment and training of pharmacists and technicians, implement policies, monitor budgets, and drive best practices in drug management, with a focus on oncology and patient care. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualificações

• PharmD degree and valid pharmacist license required.
• Minimum seven years in pharmacy with at least 3 years in oncology pharmacy; management experience preferred.
• PGY2 oncology residency or BCOP certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of pharmacy and admixture services across sites.
• Manage budgets for all retail pharmacy sites and assist with clinic budgets.
• Develop and coordinate drug management programs for all sites.
• Prepare reports for physician governing boards and site administrators.
