OneOncology is seeking a Pharmacy Services Manager to lead and support clinical pharmacy services across our network of practices. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services and requires collaboration with physician executives and practice members to optimize NCCN and FH regimens within OncoEMR and Pathways.

• High school diploma required.
• Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum 2-year oncology experience required.
• Experience with Flatiron Health OncoEMR software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at corporate and practice levels by fielding clinical information requests.
• Serve as liaison and resource for pharmacy technicians and regimen build staff at practices.
• Support the OneOncology Pharmacy Committee as an oncology drug resource.
• Represent the clinical pharmacy services on committees to foster shared interests.
• Assist with practice regimen builds and updates in OncoEMR as new drug approvals are released.
• Develop communications for clinical upgrades and changes within OncoEMR.
• Participate in managing clinical projects related to drug regimen maintenance and timelines.
