US Oncology Inc. is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our oncology pharmacy services in Newark, DE.

You will oversee admixture activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate drug management across multiple sites, including telemedicine-related workflows. The role requires PharmD, 7+ years of pharmacy experience (3+ years in oncology), and a BCOP or PGY2 oncology residency.

Qualifications

PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
Seven years of pharmacy experience, with at least 3 years in oncology pharmacy; management experience preferred.
Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.
PGY2 oncology residency or BCOP certification required.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of pharmacy and admixture services, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to clinical protocols.
Develop and oversee budgets for retail pharmacy sites; monitor performance relative to budget.
Coordinate the drug management program across assigned sites and analyze drug usage data.
Prepare reports for physician boards and site administrators on clinical and financial status.
