Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD or master's preferred.
• Minimum seven years of pharmacy experience, including at least three years in management.
• At least one year of oncology pharmacy experience and three years of pharmacy management experience.
• Must possess current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of pharmacy and admixture services with efficient workflow.
• Prepares and manages budgets for retail pharmacy sites and overall company.
• Develops and coordinates the drug management program for all sites.
• Prepares reports for physician governing boards, site administrators, and USON.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, and training of pharmacists and technicians in assigned areas.
• Establishes policies for operation of retail pharmacy sites and monitors quality assurance.
• Identifies best-practice standards and disseminates information to sites.
• Performs annual audits to ensure compliance with laws.
• Supervises Pharmacy Managers and staff within the area.
