Qualifications

• Licensure as Pharmacist (IDFPR)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (Required)
• Clinical work experience in oncology/pharmacy is expected

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care to optimize prescribing, administration, and monitoring in oncology.
• Provide MTM services and patient education per applicable pharmacy practice acts.
• Determine dosing based on age, weight, and organ function; participate in hematology/oncology rounds.
• Oversee preparation of chemotherapy and investigational meds, ensure safe handling and inventory control.
• Collaborate with inpatient/outpatient teams and participate in treatment plan development and safety initiatives.
