Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of healthcare patient access experience or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Alternatively 3 years of experience in an oncology medical office.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient registration and scheduling within the Cancer Center.
• Counsels patients on financial liability and uses financial counseling tools.
• Verifies insurance information and authorization/referral requirements.
• Mentors team members on communication methods.
