Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• CNA certification must be current or renewed before start date; documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen changes, and comfort measures.
• Document patient care findings and data promptly; report changes to licensed staff.
• May perform telemetry duties and assist on units as needed.
• Transport medications to RN and assist with unit operations.
• Collaborate with RNs and other team members to ensure quality patient care.
