Job summary

The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support licensed staff in providing daily patient care at our onsite Boston facility.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, documenting observations, and maintaining a safe environment for patients with the care team. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible new employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Nursing Assistant/ CMA preferred.
• LNA NH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating).
• Take vital signs and monitor patient condition.
• Complete documentation in the medical record.
• Assist with turning, repositioning, and mobility as needed.
