Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in the state of Colorado.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen changes, hydration, ambulation, comfort, and responding to patient/family requests.
• Document patient care findings and changes in condition; report to RN promptly.
