Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement care by directing the care team and coordinating resources to meet the plan.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan as needed to achieve goals.
• Promote professionalism, ensure documentation accuracy, and comply with licensure and regulatory standards.
