Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Discretion, good judgment, and patient confidentiality essential.
• Strong interest in extensive patient and family interaction.
• Experience with and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for new Oncology patients and coordinate referrals for tests, imaging, therapies, and related services.
• Educate patients and caregivers about the care plan and follow up to ensure on‑time arrivals.
• Obtain prior authorizations, records, and test results; share with care teams as needed.
• Prepare FMLA/Disability paperwork and document linkage to care in the EMR.
• Build relationships with hospital staff and community partners for referrals.
