Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and input into EHR.
• Handle registration, insurance verification, and patient eligibility checks.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss patient liability and payment plans.
• Submit authorizations according to payer guidelines and reduce denials.
• Explain hospital compliance forms and collect necessary documentation.
• Assist with deposits and daily financial tasks as needed.
