Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient financial services or insurance processes preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographics in EHR.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations.
• Provide financial counseling and discuss patient liability.
• Educate patients on payment options and Banner Financial Assistance.
• Support the care team with front-office operations.
