Job summary

Banner Health in Scottsdale is seeking a Front Office PAS Representative in Oncology to support patient access and administrative services for the new Scottsdale facility launching in 2027. You will handle registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

Training will occur at Banner University Cancer Center until the opening date, with a day schedule Monday–Friday 7:30am–4pm and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in patient financial services or insurance processes preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume setting.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and accurately input into the EHR.
• Perform insurance verification and benefits review.
• Discuss financial liability and assist with payment plans and Banner Financial Assistance.
