This role forms the first impression for patients navigating complex cancer care pathways. The position covers hospital-based patient access across multiple departments, with a schedule of typical daytime hours and a start date planned for December

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or patient financial services experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and accurately input into EHR.
• Proficiently verify insurance benefits and document eligibility.
• Explain financial responsibilities and help with payment options.
• Assist with registration and patient navigation through care processes.
• Provide excellent patient service and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with care teams to support smooth patient access.
