Job summary

OhioHealth in Dublin, OH, is seeking an LPN to join the Breast and Cancer Surgery team. The role includes rooming patients, coordinating scheduling, pre-certifications for imaging and procedures, and assisting with drain/port removals alongside surgeons in a supportive, teaching-focused environment.

Experience in oncology care or women's health is valued; familiarity with EPIC is helpful. Training is 8–12 weeks based on experience, with a close-knit team and emphasis on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• High School or GED (Required)
• CMA(ARMA) - Certified Medical Assistant - ARMA
• CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Responsibilities

• 25% Performs initial, ongoing and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual.
• 25% Documents planned nursing interventions and coordinates care plans.
• 20% Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care.
• 20% Delegates tasks and coordinates continuity of care with team members.
• 10% Participates in process improvement, safety and quality initiatives.
