OhioHealth Corporation in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum. You will collaborate with the care team, document assessments, and help coordinate care.

Day shift, 40 hours weekly in the Ortho Trauma Grant department. Must hold Ohio license and BLS. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and patient advocacy within a High Reliability Organization framework.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• LPN license issued by the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification required; Ohio Board of Nursing rules apply.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial, ongoing and functional health status assessments.
• Document planned nursing interventions and coordinate care plans.
• Promote cost-effective, coordinated care across the health system.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise plans as needed.
• Delegate tasks per state statutes and supervise unlicensed staff as applicable.
• Participate in process improvement and maintain a safe, high-quality environment.
