Confidential is seeking a Collaborative Registered Nurse (Oncology) at Highland Park Hospital/Highland Park Kellogg Cancer Center in Highland Park, IL. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekends or holidays.

The RN will provide safe, compassionate care in an oncology outpatient infusion setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes and experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Associate's in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience required; ED/ICU/PACU experience highly preferred if oncology experience is not present.

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.

• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
