Job summary

Endeavor Health's Highland Park Hospital/Highland Park Kellogg Cancer Center in Highland Park, IL is hiring a Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology for a full-time role. The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with no weekends or holidays.

The hourly pay range is $41.86–$64.88 depending on experience. Responsibilities include delivering safe oncology nursing care, applying the nursing process, and guiding unlicensed staff while collaborating with the care

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois RN licensure is required.
• Associate's in Nursing is required; Bachelor's in Nursing strongly preferred.
• CPR certification is required; OCN/ONS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience required; ED/ICU/PACU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
