Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology for full-time 40 hours/week at Evanston Hospital/Evanston Kellogg Cancer Center. The role requires strong patient care in an outpatient infusion setting.

Eligible candidates have IL RN licensure, an Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred), and CPR certification. Oncology experience is required with 1 year minimum; ED/ICU/PACU may be preferred if oncology is lacking.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Illinois required.
• Associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required; OCN/ONS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience; other oncology backgrounds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for oncology outpatients on a dedicated unit.
• Apply the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and a high-quality patient experience.
