Job summary

Endeavor Health in Glenview, IL seeks a Collaborative Registered Nurse, Oncology, for the Glenbrook Kellogg Cancer Center. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm with no weekends or holidays, and may require floating to Evanston and Highland Park Kellogg centers as needed.

You will provide safe, compassionate oncology outpatient infusion care, use the nursing process, guide unlicensed staff, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes and patient

Qualifications

• Current State of Illinois RN licensure is required.
• Associate's in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification required; OCN/ONS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently provide safe, effective nursing care for oncology outpatient infusion patients.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Guide assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care.
• Communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
