Thyme Care, Inc. is hiring an Oncology Nurse Navigator to provide vital clinical support for patients throughout their cancer journey. In this role, you will conduct assessments, manage care coordination, and address clinical issues while closely working with our Nurse leaders.

Successful candidates will have strong organizational and communication skills, alongside an active RN license with significant oncology experience. Full-time benefits include medical insurance and a generous vacation policy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
• Oncology-related certifications required within 2 years of hire.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health.
• Manage care coordination and provide clinical support as needed.
• Identify and address member needs promptly.
