Qualifications

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Within 18 months of hire: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
• 3 years oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and education to patients and families throughout cancer care.
• Address physical, psychological, and social needs and coordinate referrals.
• Support survivorship planning and informed decision making where applicable.
