Job summary

Endocrine News is seeking a Nurse Navigator to support cancer care pathways, educate patients and families, and coordinate services across disease-specific programs. The NN will interface with patients in person, by phone and electronically, guiding care from initial contact through all cancer continuum stages.

The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing, population-specific care, and collaboration with navigation teams to promote timely access to care within the Wellstar Specialty Program.

• Provides relationship‑based patient centered care that respects diversity.
• Participates in growth and development activities with the navigation team and coordinates cross coverage.
• Completes competency assessment and mandatory education.
