Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience.
• RN license in the applicable state required; BLS certification required; OCN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for newly diagnosed oncology patients and families.
• Coordinate care across diagnostics, treatment, transitions, and support resources.
• Prepare patient charts and maintain EMR documentation.
• Guide patients through intake, admissions, and discharge planning.
• Provide clinical resources and respond to navigated patients' needs.
• Assist with paperwork, referrals, and supportive care resources.
• Communicate procedures and timelines to staff and the community.
• Stay current on oncology services, research, and community resources.
