Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator to proactively engage with allied healthcare professionals, delivering education on therapies, patient management, dosing, and adverse event handling.

This field-based role covers the Florida territory, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and surrounding areas, with travel about 50%. The person will collaborate across clinical operations, medical and sales teams to strengthen education programs and improve patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD; Master’s preferred.
• Current active health care professional license.
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience; recent hematology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and disease education to allied health care professionals.
• Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and insights.
• Educate on dosing, administration, and adverse event management.
• Deliver 1:1 and group education at meetings and events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to support education initiatives.
• Document interactions and manage allocated resources.
