Job summary

AbbVie Oncology is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator to proactively engage with allied health professionals, providing product and disease education across patient management, dosing and adverse event mitigation.

This field-based role is travel-intensive (up to 50%); you will develop customized educational plans, educate clinicians on approved therapies, support training initiatives, and collaborate with sales, marketing and medical affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required.
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience.
• Experience educating clinicians and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Educate allied healthcare professionals on products and disease states.
• Develop and implement customized educational plans.
• Present at internal meetings and external conferences when needed.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and clinical teams.
• Document education activities and outcomes.
