Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a highly experienced Oncology Nurse Educator to engage with allied healthcare professionals across academic and community oncology accounts. You will lead education on product use, disease state, dosing and adverse event management, while shaping educational plans through clinical insights.

The role is field-based within the Ohio region, requiring 50% travel and a passion for patient education.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical and strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate allied health care clinicians on treatment protocols and patient management.
• Develop customized educational plans through account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Deliver 1:1 presentations/in-services and participate in meetings and exhibits.
• Collaborate across internal teams to support Oncology education initiatives.
• Document customer interactions and educational activities; manage resources.
