Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator to serve as a clinical education liaison for healthcare professionals across California and adjacent regions. The role emphasizes oncology knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering education that aligns with business objectives.

The candidate should have a nursing license and a BSN, 3–5 years oncology experience, and be prepared for significant travel (60–75%).

Qualifications

Current nursing license (RN/NP/APN)
BSN degree required
3–5 years clinical oncology experience
Willingness to travel 60–75%
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred: Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN)

Responsibilities

Explain safety and efficacy data and oncology disease states to healthcare professionals
Develop clinical education plans with key accounts
Collaborate with AGMs, RADs, ORMs, RTSs and field sales to align ONE education initiatives
Educate on therapeutic areas, dosing and safe use of products
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for education initiatives and timelines
Embed into regional field operations and participate in meetings
Maintain regular account updates with cross-functional partners
Build relationships with KOLs and nursing professionals in oncology/urology
Serve as education conduit and product expert for internal and external partners
Maintain relationships with brand teams and assist in education materials
