Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator to serve as a clinical education conduit for healthcare professionals across Orange County, CA, San Diego, and Hawaii. The role emphasizes product safety, oncology knowledge, and education delivery in collaboration with field teams.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with a BSN and 3–5 years of oncology experience, plus strong presentation skills and cross-functional collaboration. Extensive travel (60–75%) is required.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license (RN/NP/APN) in good standing.
• BSN degree required.
• 3–5 years clinical oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals on oncology therapies and product safety.
• Develop clinical education plans with key accounts to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Area General Managers, Regional Account Directors, Oncology Regional Marketers, Radiotherapeutic Specialists, and field-based teams.
• Educate on dosing, safety, and use of oncology products for appropriate patient populations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners on pre-planning and execution of account-based initiatives.
