Bayer AG is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator for the Orange County region with deep oncology knowledge. The role involves educating healthcare professionals, building relationships with key accounts, and coordinating cross-functional education initiatives across the territory.

The position requires 3–5 years of oncology experience, a BSN, and the ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned geography. A valid driver's license and excellent communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Current nursing license (RN, NP, or APN).
• BSN degree required.
• 3–5 years oncology clinical experience.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% within territory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Educate healthcare professionals on oncology therapies, dosing, and safety.
• Build relationships with key accounts to inform clinical education plans.
• Collaborate with AGMs, RADs, ORMs, RTSs and field teams to align education initiatives.
• Educate on therapeutic area products and disease states for appropriate patient care.
• Coordinate pre-planning and execution of account-based education programs.
