Bayer is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator to cover Orange County, CA, with travel to San Diego and Hawaii up to 75%. The role focuses on clinical education, product safety, and collaboration with field teams to support key accounts and promote Bayer oncology products.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, an active nursing license, and 3–5 years of oncology experience, with strong presentation skills and willingness to travel and relocate as needed.

Formación

• Current license in nursing (RN/NP/APN) and board eligibility.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• 3–5 years of clinical oncology experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60–75%.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Exhibit proficiency in oncology data and nursing care topics for education.
• Build relationships with key accounts and develop clinical education plans.
• Collaborate with AGMs, RADs, ORMs, RTSs, and field sales on education initiatives.
• Educate healthcare professionals on therapeutic areas, dosing, and safe use.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners on pre-planning and execution.
• Engage with regional teams and participate in meetings and activities.
• Maintain ongoing communication with cross-functional partners and KOLs.
