Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Oncology Nurse Educator to cover the Tennessee Valley region, including MO, KY, and parts of TN. The role focuses on clinical education, product safety and efficacy data, and building relationships with key accounts to drive business outcomes.

The incumbent should have a BSN, 3–5 years oncology nursing experience, and be prepared for significant travel (60–75%). This is a field-based, cross-functional role within Pharmaceuticals.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license (RN/NP/APN) in good standing.
• BSN or higher degree required.
• 3–5 years oncology nursing experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60–75%.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to educate healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit proficiency in oncologic safety and efficacy data and cancer nursing care.
• Educate healthcare professionals and build relationships to plan clinical education.
• Collaborate with AGMs, RADs, ORMs, RTSs and field sales to align education initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners on pre-planning and execution of initiatives.
• Embed into regional field teams and participate in meetings and activities.
• Communicate account updates to cross-functional partners regularly.
• Engage stakeholders to coordinate strategies with meaningful outcomes.
• Identify and maintain relationships with KOLs and nursing professionals in oncology/urology.
• Serve as education conduit and product expert for internal and external partners.
