Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Documents assessments and plan changes in the medical record.
• Communicates with care team to coordinate delivery of care.
• Demonstrates IV therapy and hydration knowledge.
• Promotes health and evaluates progress toward outcomes.
• Triages patients and coordinates with providers to meet needs.
• Understand cancer treatments and associated side effects.
