Job summary

TEEMA Group invites a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a patient-centered Medical Oncology and Hematology team in Glendale, AZ. The AP provider will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to manage hematologic and oncologic care across treatment journeys.

Preferred Hematology/Oncology experience but not required; strong clinical skills and a passion for oncology are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Assess patients comprehensively including physical and psychosocial aspects.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care teams.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and medications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hematology/oncology conditions and develop care plans.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Prescribe medications per state scope of practice.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely medical documentation and charts.
