TEEMA Group is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a hematology and oncology practice in Glendale, Arizona. This on-site role focuses on patient evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing cancer and blood disorder care in collaboration with Medical Oncology physicians and a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current Arizona NP or PA license with DEA registration.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and medical histories.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Develop individualized hematology/oncology treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians and nursing staff.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
• Conduct hospital rounds and participate in discharge planning when applicable.
• Provide patient education and support.
