Job summary

TEEMA Group in Glendale, Arizona is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a hematology and oncology practice. You will collaborate with physicians and a clinical team to provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and care coordination.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, education, and ongoing management with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent PA degree.
• Current, unrestricted AZ NP or PA license.
• Current DEA registration, as applicable.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and exams.
• Order, review, and interpret labs and imaging.
• Develop and implement hematology/oncology treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and manage treatment side effects.
• Provide patient education and ensure continuity of care.
• Document thoroughly in the EMR and coordinate with the care team.
• Conduct hospital rounds and assist with discharge planning if applicable.
