Job summary

TEEMA Group is seeking a compassionate NP or PA to join a hematology and oncology practice in Glendale, AZ. You will partner with medical oncologists to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, and symptom management.

The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with competitive compensation and a collaborative environment focused on quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or an equivalent Physician Assistant degree.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license.
• Current DEA registration, as applicable.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and histories.
• Order, review, and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Develop individualized hematology/oncology treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and manage side effects.
• Provide patient education and coordinate care with the oncology team.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
