Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Longmont, CO is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) for a full-time day shift (Mon-Fri, 8:30am–5:00pm).

The role supports cancer care through accurate lab testing, specimen handling and timely reporting. Pay ranges vary by education, experience, and certification, with comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• MLT requires an associates degree in medical technology or related science and three years of experience.
• MLS requires a bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science and licensure, if required.

Responsabilités

• Follows lab procedures for specimen handling, analysis, reporting and record keeping.
• Performs hematology specimen analyses and maintains instrument workflows.
• Operates and maintains all lab equipment; executes QC and calibration activities.
• Assists with phlebotomy and specimen collection; processes in-house and send-out tests.
• Ensures proper documentation, inventory management and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
