Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oncologist for a locum-to-permanent position in Coos Bay, OR. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the position as a locum before transitioning into a permanent role with a supportive oncology team in a well-established medical facility.

Position: Locum to Permanent MD/DO Oncologist
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive cancer care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for oncology patients.
Develop personalized treatment regimens including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, radiation oncologists, and pathologists.
Manage patient care from diagnosis through treatment and survivorship.
Participate in tumor board meetings and clinical research initiatives.
Ensure accurate medical documentation in accordance with hospital policies.

Qualifications:
MD/DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Medical Oncology.
Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Prior experience in oncology care, including chemotherapy protocols and clinical trials.
Strong collaborative and communication skills for effective teamwork.
