An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Hematology/Oncology physician for a locum to permanent position in Coos Bay, Oregon. Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology required.
• Oregon license or willingness to obtain is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care with an average of 10-15 patients per day.
• Participate in a 1:4 call schedule, primarily for critical lab calls.

Locum to Perm: Hem/Onc - Coos Bay, OR Assignment Dates

Position Details Accepting both part-time (48 hours per pay period) and full-time (80 hours per pay period) candidates Outpatient only, no inpatient consults Clinic at free-standing cancer center with 19-chair infusion room and onsite mixing pharmacy Radiation Oncology onsite Average Patients per Day: 10-15 1:4 call, primarily critical lab calls (including one weekend) 8-hour shifts Collaborative affiliation with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) and member of OHSU Knight Cancer Network Submissions Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 2 years) in Medical Oncology and/or HematologyOregon license or willingness to obtain: Required BLS certification or willingness to obtain: Required Ties to Oregon (family or previous residency): Required Indicate preference for part-time or full-time employment in submission
