Join our esteemed team at a Hospital in the serene community of Oregon, where exceptional work-life balance meets coastal charm. We are seeking a full-time or part-time Medical Oncologist and/or Hematologist to join our renowned cancer center, serving as the primary hub for top-tier cancer care across the hospital.

Job Description:

1. Accepting part-time (48 hours per pay period) and full-time (80 hours per pay period) candidates.
2. BE (within 2 years)/BC in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology.
3. Experience practicing Radiation Oncology with a strong record (or an excellent recent graduate) is preferred.
4. Demographics for this area are roughly 20% Hematology, 80% Oncology.
5. Average number of patients per day in clinic/office: 10-15.
6. Outpatient at a free-standing cancer center with beautiful facilities. No inpatient consults, only outpatient clinic visits and collaboration with infusion services.
7. New 19-chair infusion room.
8. Onsite compounding pharmacy.
9. Nurse navigation services.
10. Radiation Oncology onsite.
11. Work hours: 8-hour days.
12. Call schedule: 1:4, primarily critical lab calls.
13. Services include cardiology, radiology, oncology, emergency care, surgical care (including bariatrics and robotics), critical care, inpatient psychiatry, wound care with hyperbaric medicine, primary care, pediatrics, OB, and home health.
14. Leading-edge clinical trials.
15. Affiliated with Oregon Health & Sciences University.
