Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and report changes to clinicians.
• Assist with exams and minor in-office procedures including phlebotomy and EKGs.
• Coordinate care with referrals, pre-certifications, and scheduling; relay test results to patients.
• Provide clerical support and ensure accurate medical records and billing information.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and follow safety and sterilization procedures.
• Order supplies and manage medication-related tasks as directed.
• Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff; on-board new team members.
• Complete onboarding and simulation training as required.
