OneOncology is seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient screening, vitals collection, chart preparation, and lab processing in our Tarzana and Northridge clinics. You will assist providers, maintain a clean workspace, and help ensure accurate documentation and patient safety throughout the treatment process.

The role requires completion of an accredited medical assistant program with certification, CPR certification, and solid phlebotomy skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited medical assistant program with certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills.
• Knowledge of medical laboratory procedures.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Calibrate machines daily and check exam rooms.
• Take vitals, document screening data, and prepare charts.
• Assist providers and staff; restock and maintain lab area.
• Process labs and ensure accurate medication reconciliation.
• Communicate with team about patient readiness for infusion.
• Log notes in MAR and maintain room cleanliness.
