Qualifikationen

• Answers and routes incoming calls during business hours.
• Collects patient information and records interactions in the EMR.
• Greet patients, obtain insurance data, and coordinate pharmacy details.
• Take vitals and document in EMR; coordinate treatment and labs.
• Schedule follow-up visits and outside appointments; coordinate with chemo staff.
• Monitor no-shows, reschedule, and maintain patient flow in the clinic.
