Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 6+ years of professional experience.
• 4+ years of related industry experience in marketing/sales analytics.
• Strong storytelling skills; ability to distill complex information into concise messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and insights on a key oncology brand and/or launch indications to influence market access strategy.
• Co-develop with U.S. Market Access commercial leaders pricing and contracting strategies to achieve optimal payer formulary access.
• Identify market dynamics via data science and claims analysis to map risks and opportunities.
• Leverage understanding of the U.S. Oncology healthcare landscape to address opportunities and threats.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and align insights with Brand teams.
• Lead development of Health Plan, Specialty Pharmacy, and PBM contracting strategies across channels.
• Lead communication of market access insights to leadership.
